Our talented team worked together to bring this engine box back to life!
All panels were carefully removed from the trailer to begin the transformation; our Technicians did a full review of all walls and the roof to determine was parts could be saved and what would require replacement.
The internal box section, parts of the floor and the entire lid were severely rusted, so these were replaced while the remaining areas were refurbished.
A brand new lid was fabricated to match the existing box seamlessly; the exact measurements of the old lid were determined before the steel was cut, folded and welded into shape.
All of the walls, floor and new lid were sanded back before rust treating was done; they were then primed and painted this bright safety yellow to match the other trailers in our clients fleet
Our client outsourced a team to replace the equipment and hoses inside the engine box. Once this was completed we had our Technicians attend their workshop to weld up the panels to keep all of the new machinery inside secured.
A massive effort has gone into this project and we are thrilled with the result, as is our client!
