This client contacted us regarding his well used Pantech Truck that required a much needed upgrade!  We attended site and reviewed the vehicle before offering a free quote which was accepted within a few days so our team got to work!

The first part of this project was completed onsite at our clients home; our Technicians started off by removing the old door and servicing the tracks before installing the new door including seals, rollers, hinges & locks. The door was tested for operation and showed to be functioning correctly, it was moving smoothly over the rollers and gave the truck a freshen up at the rear.

Next up we collected the truck from the clients home and brought it back to our workshop to commence the next stage of this refurb. Our team removed the existing walls, as well as the top and bottom combing rails before the tray was pressure cleaned to give us a blank template to start the rebuild.

The corroded internal areas of the tray and frame were sanded back before rust treating was completed to prevent further issues. Our Technicians primed everything and then painted all of the areas chrome in keeping with the colour of the checker plate tray.

Both walls were custom made by our Technicians who meticulously measured up the specs of the truck, before installing the new panels and securing them in place. The top and bottom combing was then re-attached, and new orange side markers were fitted down both sides of the truck.

The team conducted a water test once everything was in place and secured. A final clean up of the truck was completed and before the truck was delivered back to our client who was over the moon with the result even rebooking further internal works for this truck!
